Alouette Lake

For those who like undulating road rides, views of snowcapped mountains, a huge lake with a beach, a campground, streams and nature trails … try the road to Alouette Lake in Maple Ridge.

Distance: 36km
Rating: Intermediate – mostly road riding with undulating hills

Park/Start at Maple Ridge Park – 232nd Street + 132 Ave
1. Follow Fern Crescent to Alouette Lake Park (note there are some trails beside the road)
2. Explore the South Beach area then continue north to the Campgrounds and continue on the North Beach trail to the lakeshore
3. Return via same route

Gold Creek – a great picnic spot
